Slow copy and paste in zoho docs

      For awhile now, every time I copy and paste in zoho docs, there is a 10-20 second delay. Anything else I do will happen almost instantly. This is causing work to be deleted and missed and tons of issues. It is happening on all of my docs. It only does it for copy and paste. 

It is also much worse on google chrome than safari. I do not have any addons in google chrome. All my other websites work fine and copy and paste is instant. With zoho docs, it takes 10-20 seconds to come up. Chrome is happens 100% of the time. Safari is more like 50% of the time. 

Any ideas?
