Slow email

I need help, I zoho mail is too slow to receive emails, I´ve tried sending emails from gmail and yahoo to my zoho account and it takes anywhere from 5 minutes to 4 hours to get the email.

I´m using both the phone app and the web interface and it´s the same, my emails are always delayed
