My team is transitioning to Zoho Mail as a client to Gmail hosted email. We have our POP Server Settings to check and retrieve email set to 3 minutes, but are finding that email can sit in our Gmail inbox for 10 to 15 min before showing up in our Zoho Mail Inbox.

Are we missing a setting in Zoho or in Gmail that will provide quicker updates? Waiting on emails more than a few minutes is going to be a problem for us and I'd like to see if there is a solution to this before giving up on Zoho.
