Slow support response times

Slow support response times

I've been a free user of Zoho Creator for a couple of years but last week I upgraded to a paid account ($25/mth). Since upgrading I have had to submit a couple of support requests but have found the response time to be very slow - a couple of days. By contrast, when I submit a support ticket to my web hosting provider I typically receive a reply with a few minutes. I don't expect a reply from Zoho support within minutes but as a paying customer I would expect it within a matter of hours, rather than days. I am just wondering if Zoho have any plans to improve their support response times?
