Type of issue: Delay in message delivery and operator status updates
Affected Users: Partial slowness reported by some of our users in the US Data Center
Cause: The problem arises from a lag in a couple of our messaging servers, which was caused by an unforeseen spike in requests.
Update [10:31 am PDT, 19th July]: We're glad to inform you that the issue with our messaging servers has been resolved and all the sessions are restored.
