I'd really like to know, if ZohoCRM team plan to solve the following small but irritating things...
1. Will it be possible to
filter and show Contact views by Account attributes?
It's really frustrating not to be able filter contacts e.g. by Account segment.
It's natural thing if you use CRM for targeting you offers i.e. not to SPAM all contacts in system.
2. Will it be possible to
change all rows if none is selected in Mass Update?
It's really frustrating to do the changes at 7 steps if you do change for 615 rows.
It's natural thing if you use CRM for professional purposes, not list of tens of contacts.
3. Will it be possible to show
total count of rows in views?
