I own a small music lesson business and I am looking for a more cost effective way to manage our client relations.  What zoho apps, or combination of apps would you recommend?

I have 100 students with 7 teachers and 5 teaching rooms.

What I need:

• A calendar that shows the student's name in the time slot and is color coded by teacher.  (Presently we are doing this with Google's calendar.)  I would also like to be able to track attendence.  Can I make CRM do this?
• Database of student/parent, and teacher information.
• Invoicing with ability to do recurring, reminders, and online payments.  I see that zoho's invoice does this.
• Ability to print statements to the teachers showing their students who paid and minus our room rental and administrative fees.
• We are charter school vendors and as such we receive vouchers.  We need to track when we receive the vouchers from each student, and then track when we receive a check from the charter schools for those same vouchers.
• mass mailing.
