Per your support article, SMS and MMS feature is also available in the ZDialer mobile app. 

However, the screenshot of the app in the Google Play and iOS Appstore doesn't show an SMS tab. I downloaded it and don't see it, either. Is it because SMS needs to be enabled separately for a given number?
