SMS to customers from within Bigin
Hi All,
Is there anyone else crying out for Bigin SMS capability to send an SMS to customers directly from the Bigin interface?
We have inbuilt telephony already with call recordings which works well.
What's lacking is the ability to send and receive SMS's to customers. (if we were to purchase a mobile number from the inbuilt telephony - Zoho phonebridge)
Unfortunately the roadmap for Bigin is not transparent to customers - so it could be 2023 or 2030 or maybe not at all.
I have no idea what is being worked on, whether my ''ídeas'' have been discarded or whether ''ideas'' are sitting in a to do list that no one looks at or someone decides to pick and choose what they're going to do based on a criteria that I have no idea what the criteria is based upon.
Was anyone able to succesfully set up some kind of integration within Bigin that sends/recieves SMS's from within the Bigin interface?
