Hi,

I am having issue in configuring SMTP to send mails from contact us page from my website.My domain hosted on 1and1.

I followed every steps provided while mail setup and all seems good. While doing SMTP settings in my website i found its TIME OUT Issue and mail never shoots from contact us page.

I search and did this change as suggested in one of the discussion in zoho forum.

To support i sent email regarding the Traceroute results for smtp.zoho.com that also shows i am getting Time Out issue.

ERROR TEXT : the operation has timed out.

Please suggest and do the needfull.Your Quick response will be highly appreciated.
