SMTP blocked, no response from support for days

SMTP blocked, no response from support for days

Hi, 
I have twice sent an e-mail to support team a week ago on the issue of blocked smtp for the address  amnatsakanyan [at] ichd [dot] org. Unfortunately no response have been received from ZOHO so far. Please, kindly unblock the smtp as we assure there has not been any spamming or unwanted activity, not fitting to the ZOHO mail security policies.
