SMTP Failed to Connect - Network Solutions
Hi Zoho folks,
I love your system, I just wish I could get it to work for us. After repeated attempts to solve this issue, unfortunately I am no closer to the solution than I was almost 2 weeks ago. I can't get the email to work and the latest problem that I am having is this error:
Unable to Connect to SMTP Host (from mxtoolbox.com). The host in question is glenridgect.com. The message it gives is this:
Connecting to 206.188.193.193
4/26/2016 3:13:01 PM Connection attempt #1 - Unable to connect after 15 seconds. [15.02 sec] PWS3v2 15188ms
The 206.188.193.193 IP address is that of networksolutions.com. Is my thinking off or shouldn't it be trying to connect to zoho.com? If it is supposed to be connecting to zoho.com, how can I make it do just that? According to all the available tests, the mx records are correct, the domain is verified. Not sure where to go from here. If it is networksolutions.com error, what do I need to specifically tell them that they need to fix? Thanks for all your hep and understanding.
