smtp FROM mail not working

smtp FROM mail not working

Hi,
When we setup our system for the first time we configured an email from address with my domain " support@mydomain.com". then we approved the address by link.
Now we want the emails to be sent with smtp server settings. I entered all the details (user,server etc.) but i can see emails are still sent from zoho servers.
Any help will be appreciated.
