I have a Joomla 3.4.8 site running on our own server, when using smtp.zoho.com with port 465, SSL and Authentication enabled no emails are received from form submissions.

I have tried turning off the server firewall, but still emails do not come through.

If I use Gmail SMTP (with firewall enabled) emails do come through successfully so it appears there is an issue with Zoho Mail, could my SMTP sending somehow be blocked, or are we using the wrong settings?

I have searched the forums and find other people with issues but there doesn't seem to be a general solution, can you help?
