SMTP outgoing email blocked for user

Hi team,

Thanks for unblocking the user creation, but seems like we have stuck with another issue now.

One of the user : no-reply@innatique.com has been blocked and it's not letting us unblock it from Admin Account and it gives a message that only allowed for paid users.

Your assistance will be highly appreciated
