SMTP server logs

Please help me with such a question. I have been owning my mail server for a long time, but now I have decided to use Zoho Mail to send and receive the e-mails for my domains. I have made all the configuration in the control panel successfully, the Zoho service works perfectly. But I still have one important question: does any possibility exist to access the SMTP server logs for my domain? This question is rather crucial for me. For example, if one of my users asks me why he cannot receive some expected mail, I have no ability to answer him definitely without these logs. When I maintained my own server, the SMTP logs were a very useful and informative part of my system. So, I would be really happy to have the same (or just similar) functionality at Zoho Mail.
