SO deleted

Hello, I am the administrator of this account, I am the only one with provileges to delete orders, last saturday between 12 pm and 1 pm GMT+5 an order was deleted, i know we dont have it because we have a field with auto number and an specific number cannot be found. Any chance to know what time exactlty was deleted and to retriwve it?
