So Disappointed in Zoho CRM DMARC Efforts

I have been struggling with a sizable spoofing problem from my domain and implemented a DMARC reject policy in my DNS. After going round and round with Zoho on the correct SPF and DKIM records for CRM and Campaigns, I could never get my CRM emails to pass DMARC alignment. After pleading my case to support, I received a phone call suggesting that I change my DMARC policy from reject to none. This was their only advice, which is not an acceptable solution. Now, in order to send emails through Zoho CRM, I now have to allow thousands of spoofed emails a day to use my domain due to my "none" DMARC policy.

I just don't understand how this is acceptable. Does anyone else have this problem? Zoho has offered no resolution. I mean, if this is going to be the case with Zoho CRM, I can't even use it.
