SO duplication

Hello, there is an rror with your software, when I try to edit an order and I save it duplciated the order and doesnt change the one I originally wanted to change.
can you help me please
second I already sent you a message about this I have an autonumber to identify my orders, and every so often, it skips a number that has not been erased, why?
