So many issues with CRM

The past month or two I've had nothing but problems with Zoho CRM. Almost every other day I'm on chat with Zoho CRM support about some issue.  I'm spending more time on chat with support than I am on actually doing my work and making sales.  This is very unfortunate and it is having a severe impact on my business.  

The other day I had problems with missing search results, then issues with missing emails from records, and now today mail merge is broken and fields are not getting populated (when it was working before).  

Is everyone else encountering the same thing lately with Zoho CRM?

Each day, I spend so much time on remote sessions with Zoho CRM.  I spend time helping them debug their software.  With all the time I put into testing their software and finding bugs, I feel like they should be paying me.  Not the other way around.  This is very frustrating!

Running list of problems with Zoho CRM:
  • Mail will not properly show up in the email module upon FIRST load.  Usually it requires a refresh of the page before you actually get an accurate list of emails for that contact/potential.  Inaccurate results = lost sales.
  • Menu items are missing from custom function section.  Sometimes it doesn't show up when the page loads and sometimes it does.  
  • When I send an email from Zoho CRM with a link the email, the system replaces my link text with a very long Zoho CRM url.  Makes my emails look very unprofessional.
  •  The integration between Zoho Mail and Zoho CRM doesn't seem to be working 100% of the time.  When I'm in Zoho Mail and I use the "Look Up CRM Contact" function, it doesn't return my Zoho CRM contact, even though the contact exists in my Zoho CRM (and the contact has been there for months).
  • Mail merge stopped working the way it should.  Mail merge fields relating to contacts in the potential module is no longer getting populated in the merge.
There are more problems, but this is what I can remember off the top of my head.  Am I the only unlucky one here?  Any body else encountering lots of problems with Zoho CRM lately?
