Thank you to Anu from Zoho who went the extra step of researching my problem and providing a resolution!

Like so many companies, we participate in many trade shows a year.  We use "badge scanners" to track our new leads from the trade shows, making notes on the leads while they are in our booth at the show.  This results in a very nice Excel file following the show with all contact info and notes we have taken on our leads.

Next step, load them into Zoho and get them to our sales reps.  Just one issue... we can import all of the data on the spreadsheet except the Notes that were taken at the show.  Yes, that is right, there is not way to efficiently import notes with leads (at least that is what I found until Anu provided the solution!).

So, the options I was provided from Zoho to "work around" this was to do a migration each time or to export all leads, add notes to the spreadsheets, then Import notes once there is a Parent ID affiliated with the Lead.  Can this process be any less efficient?
