First of all, we automated social interactions such that if we get a direct message in Twitter or FB, it would create a lead. But it does not work as expected, to say the least.
In the Social Tab, the last message (but only that) of ongoing conversations is shown in the column on the right, under the header that says "Unknown". Nothing is shown under Customers, Open Deals, or Lead/Contacts (it just says "no social interactions", which of course is incorrect).
The lead that's being created in the Leads module just shows the username.
The biggest issue I'm taking is that the last activity date is empty (it doesn't show when the lead was created, not to mention when the last message was sent).
Moreover, the profile description is not pulled into the lead description field, like any working CRM would do it.
Will these bugs be fixed in the next couple of weeks, or would you advise using a different CRM (which one)?
