Social CRM

I have heard that Zoho CRM is starting a project with Xing in order to become competitive to SAP which is working with liked in, and Salesforce is starting with facebook.

When are results from this mix Zoho CRM and Xing comming up?

That would bring a really strong plus to the application!!!
