Can you please check on this? I wanted to connect my Instagram Account to automatically create ticket to my desk from Instagram, but it's not working. I tried since 10:30AM, until now 2:41PM it is not connecting.
Facebook took me almost an hour before I get connected to Zoho Desk and was able to create tickets automatically from Facebook.
Twitter was successfully connected within seconds only.
Can you please give me an update on what's the problem with connecting Instagram Account on Social on Zoho Desk?
This is an urgent task.
