As a social media marketer or agency, have you ever been stuck in a constant loop of emails with your clients expecting a go-ahead from them every step of your way? Hasn't it been really monotonous to be communicating and waiting for a response most of the time? You could save so much time and back and forth if you could just let your clients see and be informed of their social media activity parallelly.
We've got just the solution for that! You can invite your client members to your Zoho Social dashboard—let them be a part of the approval process, communicate and share opinions or reviews about posts, and understand how their brand's posts have been performing through analytics and reports—all without the need to leave Social.
Before adding clients to your dashboard, you could rebrand your portal by uploading the client's business logo and setting up a custom domain, delivering them a great personalized experience.
You can
add clients to your Social dashboard from
Settings ->
General Settings ->
All Members ->
Client Members.
Once they've accepted the invitation, they'll have access to their brand's dashboard, wherein they'll be able to view limited information such as published posts including Post Details and Post Stats, scheduled posts, posts awaiting approval (if they're approvers), and unpublished posts under the Posts tab. They can also access the Social Library and RSS Feeds. They can view custom reports shared with them in the Reports tab and export the reports in different file formats. They can initiate discussions and view tagged discussions in the Collaborate tab.
So, if you have posts planned for your client's business and you need their approval, just add them as an approver while sending them a client member invite. They'll be able to view the scheduled posts, add their opinion, and accept or reject them.
Say you've worked on a specific strategy to increase engagement on a client's Facebook and Instagram posts, and you want to share this information with the client. You just have to choose specific analytics cards like followers gained, like growth, performance summary reports, etc., through the Custom reports module and share them with your client, and the client will be able to view it in their dashboard.
Or maybe you came across a great social media marketing hack that's currently trending and you want to share the idea with your client, checking if you can implement this for their brand. That's a cakewalk, too. You just have to initiate or tag the client in a discussion under the Collaborate tab, and they can check and respond to you right away! Doesn't it feel like a lot of chaos removed from your everyday content planning schedule? Yes, this should make it so much easier and efficient for you. Try this out right away!
