Hi.

Ive connected our Facebook account with the Social module. I can see conversations/threads. However, when a Contact msgs us on Facebook, theres no alert or anything notifying us of this. We dont know a Contact has msged us unless we look at the Social module in their record.

Perhaps theres something Ive missed? Is there a way we can have an audible sound, or a popup saying that a msg has been received from a Contact from Facebook?
