Social tab in CRM vs. Zoho Social app integration
We get many leads through social media (incl. direct messages). From what I understand, the professional plan on Zoho CRM has the social tab and can record messages with leads and contacts. However, there are social media channels not currently captured by the social tab in CRM, namely LinkedIn and Instagram.
Can you help me understand what the respective limitations are - if we wanted to use LinkedIn and Instagram as well, would we be better off adding Zoho Social for $10/usr/mo (and downgrade CRM from pro to std)? How fluid is the integration?
