Social tab problem again and yet you keep adding new "APPS" instead of working on the CRM flaws

I am a paid member of ZOHO CRM
And for the hundredth time
my Zoho CRM Social Tab does not update correctly, it can work perfectly for several weeks, but then it simply stops working...I have posted several times about this.... and I know there are New Messages in Facebook from prospects but they simply do not show up in my Social Tab, so I have to add them manually instead.
The problem sometimes resolves "magically" days later or I have to delete and re-associate my facebook account once again. Loging in and loging out does not help, clearing DNS and Browser Cache, does not work BTW.
And today I had the intention of adding some prospects from Facebook but ohh surprise!
it is just keeps loading but nothing shows up, and while it got stuck at loading the messages
I get a POP UP recomending me to use ZOHO SOCIAL instead, but ohh surprise! again,
it has a montly fee ! no thanks
This has happened time and time again with Zoho, instead of working on the current issues we, YOUR ALREADY PAYING USERS, have with the CRM, you keep adding and improving APPs, that are supposed to do the same inside the CRM, and sometimes they dont even integrate correctly with the CRM.
And not only that, but to properly use said apps we have to pay another fee per user... so the cost adds up.
I chose ZOHO CRM over many many others because it promised that it included many features within the CRM fee, but most of these features are lacking in some way, with bugs, restrictions, and issues that go back years and years without a true solution..... and yet we can magically find a paid Zoho App equivalent.
