Soft Bounces from good email addresses
In several campaigns we have a large number of soft bounces.
We have telephoned all of these contacts and the majority tell us the email address we have is correct and they have had no problems with the email box itself.
Can you offer any explaination why we get soft bounces from apparently good email addreses?
