soft phone

you all may have answered this but I did not understand the conversation. I want to click the telephone number in a contact phone field and have either X-Lite or RingCentral soft phone dial it instead of skype as it stands right now. I am an end user, not an IT or tech support guy so I will not understand anything but the most basic answer. LOL. If I could make this happen, ZOHO would be freakin' bulletproof!!! Thanks!
