We get a SPF-record softfail for our email address.

Our SPF-record is: v=spf1 ip4:85.214.251.111 ip4:95.211.124.155 ip4:5.200.2.44 ip4:5.200.2.43 include:zoho.eu ~all

Despite of "include:zoho.eu ~all" we still get the softfail. It says:   does not designate 135.84.80.197 as permitted sender

How come we get this softfail for this ip address and how can we solve this? Do we have to add this ip to the SPF-record or is there another solution?
