I am using Zoho CRM & Mail Chimp for my Yoga-Meditation Studio. 

Now, I would like to have integration of all our activities as follows:

- Participants/Members/Volunteers details - CRM

- Teachers Details, Scheduling

- Events  - Classes, Workshops on daily/weekly/monthly basis, integration with wordpress

- Payments - classes, workshops & membership

- Services - Different levels of classes & workshops & Counseling

- Products - Merchandise sell

- Reports

- Mass Email

- Bulk SMS - transactional & promotional

I am not sure to use CRM for this purpose or Creator? Can someone help me to customise for my need as service industry? I have a website with wordpress.
