Some email doesn't come through to my account - not in junk/spam

Some email doesn't come through to my account - not in junk/spam

Our website sends emails when brochures are downloaded (to send users the brochure) and I can receive the emails fine in all domains except ZOHO mail domains.

THey are not in spam or junk.  I've waited a long time, plus i am getting other email OK.

Any one else have an issue like this before?  My account has been running for a long time.
