Some emails from my inbox are gone

Some emails from my inbox are gone

Dear team
Hope you're doing well. I opened my mail this morning and I noticed that my inbox only contains emails until Nov 16th 2017. Not sure what happened from Nov 17th 2017 to date. Some friends have sent test emails and I'm receiving right now. Sent emails are ok, however inbox is affected. Also happening in my mobile, no access to emails in inbox on previous mentioned period of time.
