I have a simple form with couple of single line, multi line and file upload fields. The single fields when I click using mouse I get the typing cursor. For multi-line field when I click on the upper part of the multiline field I get the typing cursor, but when I move the mouse to the lower half of the  multiline filed, mouse cursor changes to arrow and when I click  I don't get typing cursor. 

Also file upload control, I am unable to click on the upload button. I have enabled the form verification option where the user needs to enter random characters to successfully submit the form. When I click on the form verification text box field I don't get typing cursor.

But if I just use keyboard to tab all the fields I am able to get the typing cursor. It is only with mouse click I am not able to get the typing cursor

I would like to have typing cursor when the mouse click occurs on the control.

Tested On: Google Chrome 21.0.1180.89 m and IE 9.0.8112 and Firefox 15.0.1
