Some Incoming Emails Not Reaching Me (dmarc policy)

Hi I have been alerted recently that some emails are not getting through to me (and not in Spam folder). After some experimentation my wife replied using an aol.com account which failed to send. The technical reasons are below:  Could anyone shed any light on this? My Domain is verified with Zoho and has DKIM and SPF authentication so I don't understand why AOL is blocking it (the same aol email account was able to send emails to another email account that I own on 1and1 without any authentication!).

Or is this a temporary issue with Zoho? Just to reiterate this relates to an email being sent from an aol account to my lightrepublic.co.uk domain on Zoho.  This has also happened with clients sending me emails using hotmail and yahoo.

Thanks for your help.
