Hello! For us, lead means an inquiry from a specific potential customer. But some people
send inquiries again and again, here is a problem… We can’t create a new lead for
the same email (this function was decided to be
blocked); When we receive a new product inquiry from the same person and his
email is already in the Zoho CRM system we update ‘Note’ field - It looks like
it's not a correct solution (Lead Status field is already created to that time
based on the previous inquiry) and it mean it very difficult to set up any workflow based on the modification conditions because there are a lot of reasons for modifications.
Is there any possible solution to manage any new inquiry properly without creating a new lead for the same email?Or we must unblock the option to create leads, as many as we need, even if the email is the same? Of so, how we can be sure to easily get access to all the possible previously created leads for this email to be able to see the full picture?
Any ideas or any relevant links to understand how to manage properly the situation in CRM when there are some inquiries from the same potential client would be really appreciated.
