Some issue entering Note in Gmail plug in.

Hi.  I'm able to enter a contact fine within Gmail, however when I try to add a Note or other next step I get an error message (screen shot provided)   I blurred out the contact info for the forum, but you see the error message.


I was able to create the exact note within CRM later, but it did not work within Gmail.
