we have a free account with 4 users. Today we are going to subscribe into the standar 10gb plan be cause we need support and because we are very happy with the service.

But since two days ago, we are getting some problems because we are not receiving all the mails. We have an online shop and when we have a purchase we must receive a confirmation email. But now we are not receiving this mails of our web system (it delivers correctly into another emails accounts like hotmail). Besides, the receiving mails seems to be unusually slow.

Could you help me with this issue?
