I would like to go with Zoho CRM but have a couple of queries which I have mentioned below:

1) Facebook Integration

• Can I get details of prospects contacting us through Facebook messenger in Zoho CRM?
  
• Can I get details of fans' comments on Facebook Page in Zoho CRM?
  
• Can I respond to the prospects directly from Zoho CRM?
  

2) Tawk.to Integration

• Can I get details of prospects contacting us via Tawk.to in Zoho CRM?
  

• If not, would you inform us which other chat apps integration available in Zoho CRM?
  

3) 'Inquiry' in Subject Line

• Can I categorize queries/messages received from email or chat app which has 'Inquiry' word in the subject line?
  

4) Email Marketing

• Can I use Zoho CRM for email marketing purpose?
