I have two questions I have created 2 extra modules but want to associate module 1 with module 2 exactly the same as the way contacts stick to accounts....is this possible???

My second question is I would like to make a rule if field 1 is updated then field 2 also needs to be updated or else the record cannot be saved, is this possible??
