We have repurposed the Campaigns module and renamed it Deals and are using that to help us track our progress in marketing a deal to multiple contacts and accounts.  The current solution is better than nothing, but there are 3 changes that could be made that would make this workflow much more usable for me, and I think would make the module much more flexible for addressing multiple needs.

1.  Allow the ability to add accounts to a campaign as a related list, not just contacts

2.  Ability to add a Campaign to Pulse view

3.  Associate emails to a campaign
