Other than exporting the Products, and then playing around in spreadsheets manually, is there any way that I can see, from Zoho CRM the value of my stock on hand?
There are already fields which list the amount of stock on hand (say for example 3 units) and there is a field which lists the cost of each item (say $1) so it would be pretty easy, one would think, to develop a calculation/report which would show me the value of the stock on hand ($3 in this example).
However, it does not seem to be possible to calculate this, in either CRM or reports (please correct me if I am wrong?)
Also, there is a reorder level field, it would be great to have a built in report which would list stock items for reorder. I know this can be achieved by creating a manual report, however if you are marketing Zoho CRM as inventory management (which you are) then these are a couple of basic inventory management functions that you should consider implementing asap.
In the meantime, I will have to export my stock list to a spreadsheet in order to achieve any useful stock data!
