Some Suggestions & Questions (Ical/IM/Blackberry/Opera/E

Hi, my name is Jamie and we've been using ZOHO here at the office for a couple of weeks and I have a couple of questions/suggestions:

1) You're able to import an ICAL file into your personal calender, but not group calenders?

2) The instant messaging is nice but it would be great to have chat rooms within the service, and/or to be able to add more than one person to an instant message

3) Blackberry/Mobile sync is urgently needed, I have read some forum posts from 2005 saying that it is coming 'soon', is there a status update on this?

4) Why is there no support for Opera? It should probably work with it.

5) How often does the email service grab emails, sometimes I find I need to click on 'Fetch Mail' for anything to show up.

6) From my groups pages I'd rather see a list of discussions that are there rather than 'There are no unread discussions'

7) Any support for editing .DOC files within the shared documents?
