Hello ZCRM Team,
I have created a template in Tasks Module which will be used in email alert which is triggered as time-based action in workflow rule.
But when we receive email alerts, the Tasks field values which are inserted into the template are missing in the email.
I have tested all fields of Tasks module inserting them into my template and following fields are not captured into the email template, please fix them as soon as possible. (Please have a look at my screenshot)
- Due date
- Status
- Priority
- Custom field (memo and record)
- Send Notification
