Some users can't apply for 2016 leave

Some users can't apply for 2016 leave

Hi,

We have been using Zoho People Leave Tracker since beginning of November 2015. Some of our users can successfully apply for leave in 2016.

Some other users get the error message

Sorry, your allowed leave count 10.0 Days has been exceeded.

The 10 days is different for different users but the message is the same.

Can you advise how we can fix this.
