Something is broken with links in zoho CRM

we  have been using  the links feature for more then 2 years now but something changed.

Ex.

the programmed link is

http://www.website.com/forms/CLAIM - ${Tasks.Distributeur/Claim}.pdf?nocompte=${Contacts.Numéro de compte}&name=${Contacts.First Name} ${Contacts.Last Name}&address=${Contacts.Mailing Street}&city=${Contacts.Mailing City}&zipcode=${Contacts.Mailing}

but somehow the & symbol will be converted to &  in firefox or chrome and messes with url to not function properly.

but in explorer the & stays the same.

this issue started today only on mulple computers.

the encoding of the link is in utf-8
