Sorry, we are unable to process your request when trying to send email

Hi,

Sending messages is not working for me in either zoho version, in the old zoho it just says "sending message" and hangs. In the new zoho version it says " Sorry, we are unable to process your request." I notice that saving draft is activating at the same time as trying to send so this may be related (from an IT Engineers perspective).

I tried following the advice about changing the port to 465 from another forum but in "send mail as" there is a pencil icon on the right of the email address but that only gives you the option to change the Display name or email id, not the port...

I have been unable to send any messages for 24 hours now. Please advise.

I opened a forum topic as the contact zoho function is also not working, the system thinks I get the captcha / required fields wrong and won't submit the request even when everything is correct.

Please get back to me ASAP, I need to send emails through this zoho account today.
