I am looking for a way to sort and group leads that have been contacted and corresponded with (where there has been an email exchange or phone conversation logged) from leads who have not responded back to an initial contact or email sent.
I would like to be able to have 2 groups:
1. Leads who have not responded or been corresponded with after initial contact through email
2. Leads who have responded back with an email/phone call and need to followed up with
