I am writing some reports within the CRM. and would like to be able to do two things:
- define a sort column by default (that is not a summary column). Can I do this? So e.g. group by Status and sort within that by score.
- Also, I would like to be able to define multiple sort columns (e.g. sort by score then by last name). Ideally, I'd also be able to do this by default.
Is this possible at all?
